• The penis organ consists of a foremost section outside of the body  and an internal section. The ratio between the external and internal sections is approximately 60:40.

SureDerm is the longest product as the acellular dermal matrix, which has been approved by FDA. It can be recommended for the customers who would like to feel natural human-like skin tissue. Regarding the price, SureDerm meets the customer’s need. Many of you may know the AlloDerm, which is imported from USA. This is one of the most popular allograft dermal matrixes and is very expensive, which is considered the biggest disadvantage. Unlike the AlloDerm, SureDerm is widely being chosen due to its advantages like the cheaper price and high quality.

Is the Penuma® implant procedure safe?
Unlike other penile enhancement options, Penuma® has a long track record of success.

Like any other medical implant, there are potential risks and complications associated with Penuma®, including seroma, scar formation, and infection. All potential risks and complications will be discussed in detail with patients in advance of the procedure.

The clinics have found that complications can typically be mitigated by adherence to pre- and post-operative instructions.

Methods like penis pumps, stretching, or clamping, which can lead to bruising, tissue, and nerve damage, have to be done regularly. Penuma® is permanent, but it is also reversible for any reason.

Fat, silicone injections, and other fillers run the risk of being absorbed into the body and, like dermal fat grafting, can lead to deformities and damaged skin and the need for multiple treatments. This is why the American Urological Association discourages fat injection in the penis as well the division of the suspensory ligament.

We generally don’t provide Penuma® implants for people who have had filler, fat, silicone gel, and similar procedures because the skin of the penis simply can’t accommodate the Penuma® implant.

Penis-enlargement products

Most advertised penis-enlargement methods are ineffective, and some can cause permanent damage to your penis. Here are some of the most widely promoted products and techniques:

Pills and lotions. These usually contain vitamins, minerals, herbs or hormones that manufacturers claim enlarge the penis. None of these products has been proved to work, and some may be harmful.

Vacuum pumps. Because pumps draw blood into the penis, making it swell, they're sometimes used to treat erectile dysfunction.

A vacuum pump can make a penis look larger temporarily. But using one too often or too long can damage elastic tissue in the penis, leading to less firm erections.

Exercises. Sometimes called jelqing, these exercises use a hand-over-hand motion to push blood from the base to the head of the penis.

Although this technique appears safer than other methods, there's no scientific proof it works, and it can lead to scar formation, pain and disfigurement.

Stretching. Stretching involves attaching a stretcher or extender device — also referred to as a penile traction device — to the penis to exert gentle tension.

A few small studies have reported length increases of half an inch to almost 2 inches (about 1 to 3 centimeters) with these devices.
