What is penile girth enhancement?
Penile girth enhancement means adding thickness, or circumference, to the shaft of the penis. It does not change erectile function, and it is a different goal from length.

SafeFill hyaluronic acid filler
SafeFill is the girth filler protocol Assoc. Prof. Taş refined after UK-based certification training. He places a soft hyaluronic acid gel evenly under the skin of the shaft and then shapes it by hand.
The result shows straight away. Moreover, the gel slowly breaks down over 12 to 18 months, and an enzyme can dissolve it sooner if you change your mind. So most men choose it as a first step.
Fat transfer
Here, he takes a small amount of fat from your abdomen or flanks, purifies it and injects it along the shaft. Because the fat is your own tissue, it feels natural.
However, the body absorbs part of the fat in the first months. As a result, a second session is sometimes planned to even out the shape.
Soft silicone implant

Days 1 to 3: mild swelling and soreness, eased by simple pain relief.
